The K-1F Story

David Hemingway founded K-Onefitness in S.F in1995.
K-OneFitness was a premier Martial Arts training gym which taught Boxing, Muay Thai- Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and had a Kids Martial art program as well, which taught a combination of boxing, kickboxing, judo and jiu-jitsu.
The gym had a full array of personal training equipment and a team of personal trainers. The facility had 2 training areas and a boxing ring. Hemingway was there on a daily basis teaching, training and living the blood, sweat & tears lifestyle the entire time and loving it. In December of 2018 after 23 years Hemingway sold K-OneFitness. In Sept 2021, Hemingway moved to Panama City Florida and continues to train people.
