"So, this is how personal training works. I offer a free conciliation/training session. We meet up and talk for a few minutes about your objectives and your fitness goal and then I put you through a 20 minute workout, after class if you like my method of training and you want to continue we will sit down and go over packages and a plan of attack!"

I requested a personal training session via their website and David responded to me immediately. I ended up meeting him at the gym a few days later and I will tell you that I left super impressed (and sore)! David is a phenomenal trainer and the trial session was the best personal training session I have ever had. It was no joke and super challenging but I left feeling mentally and physically strong. Funny enough, the trial was only 25 minutes and his personal lessons actually go for an hour!
I started taking personal training classes about two months ago, and the experience has been nothing short of awesome. I had no experience with any combat sport before,I was lucky to find this place and have David as my personal trainer, it's just been two months and I feel like a seasoned pro!
