"My sessions last for 45 minutes, during which I will teach you dynamic defensive tactics and a wide array of techniques, all while helping you get in phenomenal shape!"

"You will learn a variety of striking techniques, including elbow strikes, spinning kicks, hammer fists, jump kicks, and front, round, and side kicks. Additionally, you'll master knee kicks, spinning back kicks, and all the dynamic punches in boxing - uppercuts, crosses, and hooks. We will also work on ever-flowing multi-punch combinations on focus mitts, allowing you to develop speed and power. I incorporate fitness, strength, and endurance drills alongside learning these techniques, so as you acquire new skills, you'll also gain speed and power from the increased strength you develop."
"However, it's important to recognize that everyone has their limitations. I've trained individuals with a variety of injuries, including torn ACLs, reconstructed shoulders, and spinal injuries. If you're in a similar situation, we will work together to determine what is safe and effective for you, focusing on strengthening your weak points.
At the beginning, I will teach you slowly to ensure you understand the proper technique and mechanics of each move. Through repetition, you'll develop speed and learn to harness your body's power behind every strike. Not only is this training incredibly fun and engaging, but it will also serve you well in self-defense situations."
