EMPOWERED: 4-Week  Women’s & Teens Personal Safety & Self-Defense Intensive

Program Overview

EMPOWERED is our flagship, high-impact 4-week personal safety curriculum engineered exclusively for adult & Teen women.

In today’s world, navigating daily life—whether it’s commuting, traveling for business, running errands after dark, or managing real estate listings—requires an intentional strategy for personal security. True safety isn’t about living in fear; it is about operating with absolute clarity, boundaries, and capability.

Meeting twice a week for four weeks, this program bridges the gap between everyday habits and elite-level situational readiness. We blend practical, easy-to-learn physical defense mechanics with highly advanced mental framing. This ensures our students develop the unshakeable confidence required to recognize predatory behavior early, establish unyielding boundaries, and decisively neutralize physical threats if necessary.

Core Curriculum & The Color Codes of Awareness

At the heart of our framework is the Color Codes of Awareness, a world-renowned mental management system designed to map a person's psychological state against potential environmental threats. Students will master how to fluidly navigate these codes to eliminate the element of surprise:

 Condition White (Unaware):

The state of complete vulnerability. This is walking through a grocery store parking lot, pumping gas, or entering a parking garage while completely distracted by a smartphone, buried in thought, or wearing headphones. We teach you how to recognize when you have drifted into Condition White and how to break out of it immediately.

 Condition Yellow (Relaxed Alertness):

The ideal, stress-free operating state for daily life. You are completely relaxed, but your environmental radar is active. You naturally notice who is around you, identify transition points (like doorways and stairwells), and map out exit routes when walking into a new restaurant, venue, or business meeting.

 Condition Orange (Specific Alert):

Triggered the moment your intuition or observation detects something anomalous, out of place, or suspicious. Your focus locks onto a specific potential threat (e.g., an individual following your path too closely or a vehicle lingering oddly near your car). You bypass panic and actively formulate an explicit action plan: "If that person continues walking toward my driver-side door, I am going to immediately cross the street and enter that brightly lit storefront."

 Condition Red (Action/Fight):

The mental trigger for immediate execution. The threat is verified, active, and immediate. Condition Red is not a state of emotional panic—it is the calculated, decisive transition into tactical action. This is the exact moment you execute your plan, whether that means sprinting to safety, deploying an aggressive verbal boundary, or unleashing physical self-defense strikes.

Weekly Progression Breakdown

Week 1: Foundations of Awareness, Intuition & Verbal Weaponry

Developing the Radar: Transitioning into a permanent state of Condition Yellow and learning to honor your natural intuitive "gut feelings" to recognize predatory setups before they launch.

The Vocal Weapon: Mastering the biomechanics of the voice to project commanding, unyielding verbal boundaries. Learn how to explicitly call out boundary-testing behavior to strip away an attacker's anonymity and alert the public.

Week 2: Escaping Grab Controls & Pre-Assault Geometry

Leverage Over Strength: Understanding practical physics over raw muscle. You will learn highly effective tactical escapes to instantly break free from common physical traps, including aggressive wrist grabs, double-arm pulls, hair grabs, and rear chokes.

The Danger Zone: Recognizing pre-assault indicators and managing physical distance so an aggressor cannot close the gap or catch you off guard.

Week 3: High-Yield Striking & Ground Survival Essentials

Anatomical Targeting: Mastering simple, devastating physical strikes engineered to exploit the body's natural vulnerabilities (eyes, nose, throat, and groin) to instantly incapacitate an attacker and create an escape window.

Gound Defense Foundations: Statistics show many violent encounters end up on the ground. You will learn how to protect your vital targets from the floor, construct an impenetrable leg barrier, repel an attacker, and execute a tactical stand-up to get back on your feet safely.

Week 4: Real-World Scenario Integration & EMPOWERED Graduation

The Stress Test: Applying your physical mechanics and Color Code transitions inside realistic, simulated scenarios (such as ride share safety, dark parking decks, walking alone at night, or home invasion thresholds).

Graduation: Solidifying your situational confidence under controlled, realistic pressure so that your training becomes automatic muscle memory.

Weekly Progression Breakdown

Week 1: Foundations of Awareness & The Power of the Voice

Using the vocal weapon: Projecting absolute commanding verbal boundaries to stop a boundary-testing peer or stranger before it turns physical.

Mastering Condition Yellow and understanding body language markers that predators look for.

Week 2: Escaping Holds & Common Grabs

Recognizing pre-assault indicators in social environments (such as crowded high school sports events or parties).

Practical physics over raw strength: Biomechanical leverage tactics to instantly break free from wrist grabs, arm pulls, and backpack/clothing pulls.

Week 3: Striking to Escape & Ground Defense

Ground defense essentials: How to defend yourself, create a barrier with your legs, and stand up safely if knocked to the ground.

Targeting the body's natural anatomical vulnerabilities (eyes, nose, throat, groin) using simple, high-yield strikes.

Week 4: Real-World Teen Scenarios & Graduation

The final EMPOWERED integration check to solidify situational confidence under simulated pressure.

Simulated drills replicating common teen environments (parking lots, public transit, walking home from school, and social gatherings).
