​​My dynamic boxing and kickboxing group classes combine boxing and kickboxing techniques with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to provide a full-body workout that improves both fitness and skill. These classes cater to all levels, from beginners who want to learn fundamentals like stances and punches to experienced individuals looking for a challenging, dynamic workout. You can find these classes at the FORGE MARTIAL ARTS gym and Grayton Beach Fitness studio offering a mix of strength training, cardio, and striking, with some offering specialized programs like Muay Thai foundations.

Classes at the GRAYTON BEACH GYM are more of a cardio fitness format and the FORGE MARTIAL ARTS GYM classes are more of a proper Boxing /Kickboxing format with focus Mitts work and intense drill format.
