CLASS DESCRIPTION
BOOTCAMP class is an ongoing program, there is no start and stopping date. Drop-ins are welcome any time!
Classes are 1 hour long. You will be learning authentic Boxing & Kickboxing techniques, not just generic exercises! In between the kinetic drills you will be doing - dynamic strength training & cardiovascular circuit stations to get you in the proper shape so you can execute the kick ass moves that you are learning. You do not need any experience to take class. If you've never kicked or punched before, no worries, he sessions are perfect for beginners! The classes are challenging but super fun & intriguing because your learning a skill, not just getting into phenomenal shape! At the end of the session you will be learning Nunchucks. You may ask why Nunchucks? why?.....cause there freakin' cool.
ATTENTION
Classes are Partner assisted.
You have the option to do the drills without a partner!
You will borrow EXTENDED focus mitts and kicking targets for the duration of the class, which you will maintain a 6ft distance from your partner.
You will have the option to do the drills without a partner if you wish, please inform the instructor before class.
All equipment is sanitized and disinfected after each use
Please be sure to come in your favorite mask
Trainers are required to wear a mask too

You will end the class with learning

Known David for over 10 years, and he’s definitely the most knowledgeable, toughest, and experienced trainer I ever met. Incredibly professional yet funny. Workouts are never boring with this guy. He’s helped me achieve any goal I wanted, or could even think of. Technique, weight lifting, HITT, bootcamp style, and just overall fun ass whooping. Always look forward to any session with David.

Dude! Awesome workout here. Both Boxing and Kickboxing kick ass Man!!! We had Greg as our trainer, he really showed us some cool stuff. The owner Sensei David was cool too, he spinning back kicked some Bro Ham out the ring...and wasn't Messin! This place is fun, friendly, with no egos and... a great workout for the GF to get her butt in shape!! :0
